2020 is already half over. This has been the slowest fastest year ever. Honestly. Quarantine felt like years, but now looking back at it, we are almost cleebrating July 4th already and are in the midst of Summer.
This year will forever go down in history. Kobe, COVID-19, Black Lives Matter movement, murder hornets, etc. 2020 will not be a year we will forgot for a long time.
Right now, I shouldn’t really be writing this blog. I would have been writing in a few days on my thoughts of the Harry Styles concert I was scheduled to go to on the 26th, but because the world has stopped right now, that won’t be happening until next September now.
This Summer, year, and decade was supposed to be amazing, but at the same time maybe it was what we all needed. Some time to stop, slow down, reflect on how precious life is, how we can do better.
Many people think this whole thing is over, but it’s not. We’re stuck in the middle of it. More cases are popping up, more rallies are happening. We are slowly changing the world.
While the world is in the midst of chaos please, listen to Harry Styles, and treat people with kindness. Going back to work, it is crazy to see how people treat others. Just be kind and make someone’s day.
We will get through this. Hopefully, 2021 will be the roaring 20’s we’ve all hoped for. Just promised me on New Year’s Eve this year, instead of screaming Happy New Year, we will all go outside and scream “Jumanji” so we can end this madness.
I hope everyone is staying safe. Lots of love and light.
